This project will improve the ability to cross-border cooperation at local and regional level in Poland and Ukraine. The funding for the project will facilitate scientific collaboration at the university level. With the introduction of the Network system for data exchange and problem solving, knowledge exchange network system and e-learning, the project will affect the rapid exchange of information and experience of people of science and medicine via the Internet.

The final beneficiaries are the students and staff at University of Life Sciences in Lublin and Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology.

The project is to create a technical infrastructure and human resources for the implementation of a training program for veterinarians on the Polish and Ukrainian borderland, and an integrated information system used for archiving and sharing medical data, statistics, training materials, and early warning and intervention in the event of the risks associated with veterinary medicine.

The project will result in two well-equipped teaching and diagnostic centers, which can be used as a first line of defense centers in the event of an emergency epidemiological risks. Well equipped veterinary ambulance which task will be to enable the performance of work under field conditions will be purchased.
