Together safer in the Lublin and Volyn regions


On 19 June 2013 a conference was held to conclude effects of the project "Together safer". It is led by Lublin Police Voivodship Headquarters and the partners are Department of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Volyn Region and Voivodship Division of the Union of the Volunteer Fire Brigades of Republic of Poland in Lubelskie Voivodship. The meeting was the opportunity to officially grant 17 specialized cars purchased within the project: 10 for the Police Road Traffic Departments in Chełm, Biała Podlaska, Zamość, Biłgoraj, Krasnystaw, Hrubieszów, Włodawa, Tomaszów Lubelski, Radzyń Podlaski, Parczew (Poland), 5 for the Department of MIA of Ukraine in Volyn Region and 2 for the Volunteer Fire Brigades in Kamien and Konstantynow.

Participants of the meeting discussed also the joint reaction system in crisis situations, natural disasters and technical catastrophes, outages and other circumstances threatening health and life of the inhabitants of the Lublin and Volyn regions.
